How does ammonia relate to batteries?

Through generating ammonia in a different way to burning it,  it is possible to provide something that has been elusive so far:

Load shifting and seasonal storage. Ammonia is a dense liquid, through having a decent sized storage tank onsite or the ability to truck or pipe it away, then ammonia can be the perfect solution for merchant solar and wind projects. What is more, a project can be developed based off ammonia off-take and quickly executed without concern for when the grid connection will be ready.
